2 arrested after 19-yr-old student drinks alcohol to death at initiation...
Police have arrested two 20-year-olds, Olaf Jablonski and Yuval Sucov, for their involvement in the alcohol-related death of a 19-year-old student of the State University of New York (SUNY Albany), United States.

Duffy died in November 2014, after drinking excessive amount of alcohol
during an initiation ceremony into an underground fraternity.
Jablonski and Sucov, were on Wednesday arrested by Albany police for their involvement in the initiation.
Both were charged with one misdemeanour count of hazing and released on bail.
Duffy was found unconscious in a house on the 16th of November and were taken to the hospital where he died.
It is believed that
the drinking was part of an initiation where initiates were required to
drink large amounts of alcohol to be admitted into an unsanctioned
fraternity
Hazing is the practice of rituals and
other activities involving harassment, abuse or humiliation used as a
way of initiating a person into a group.
