Seun Egbegbe denies phone theft allegations

•Seun Egbegbe

Embattled filmmaker, marketer and CEO of Ebony Films, Seun Egbegbe, has denied stealing some phones as alleged. According to the estranged lover of popular actress, Toyin Aimakhu, he was on his way to get money from his car to pay for the phones when an alarm was raised, with the shop attendant accusing him of theft.

An official statement from Egbegbe states that though story is pretty laughable, he has a responsibility to set the records straight.

“To say the least, the news did not only grossly misinform unsuspecting public; it also portrays traces of campaign of calumny by some mercenary hell bent in destroying my name, for reasons best known to them…

“I want to state here categorically and emphatically that though I was at Computer Village to address some issues, but I was never arrested for stealing 10 iPhone 7s, as stated by the writer of the story. The matter has since been resolved by the Nigeria Police; and the issue of me stealing phone is devilish from the said writer,” he said.

According to information, a mob at the Computer Village in Ikeja, Lagos State, Tuesday, beat up the filmmaker for allegedly stealing nine iPhones at a shop in the area. It was learnt that Egbegbe had gone to the shop around 10am with the intention of buying some iPhones.

He was said to have left the shop with the phones, telling the seller that he wanted to pick money from his jeep. However, according to reports, he attempted to leave in his vehicle without paying for the phones when the sales boy raised the alarm, drawing the attention of other traders in the area who stopped the vehicle and dragged Egbegbe out.

4 Shocking Things that Happen to You When You Stop Having S*x

S*x is very beneficial to the human body although premarital pleasure has been described as a sin by religious bodies.

S*x could be used as a viable substitute for physical exercises according to medical experts.

During orgasm, there is a hormone named oxytocin a.k.a 'cuddle hormone' that gushes into your system. It’s the one responsible for the joy and the general feel good sensation coursing throughout your body after good s*x.

As interesting as the previous paragraph might be. Not every lady can have a fulfilling s*x life. These can be due to several reasons such as personal decision informed by religion or spirituality, plain bad s*x partners or whichever reason it might be. Ladies do also have dry periods of s*x. While some people think if a guy doesn’t have s*x for a while, his sperm might transform into tadpoles, which is totally false.

There are a few things that might happen if a lady stops having s*x, especially with the sexual organ itself, the v*gina:

1. Sex is painful

Having s*x for the first time or after a long period of time will be very distasteful, the pain can be severe.  The most common side effect of a prolonged celibate stretch is painful intercourse, says Brett Worly, MD an ob-gyn at the Ohio State University's Wexner Medical Center. Just as it hurts when you go for a run after a long stint of couch-potato-ing, you might feel some pain relieving a dry spell, "because your muscles aren't used to having s*x."

The risk is even greater if your celibacy occurred because of something unpleasant, like an ugly breakup. "Psychological issues weighing on a person's mind can cause pain, too," says Worly.

The cure: Lubrication (the bottled kind is fine if you're not producing enough on your own), foreplay, and communication are imperative. Worly advises couples to start slowly, to "ensure there's no pain, and that it feels good." And if it starts to hurt, stop. Try again another time, using even more foreplay, and even more lube. S*x isn't a no-pain/no-gain type of activity.

2. V*gina Lockdown

The better looking sister of Shutdown, v*ginal pains can be very  transient, its possible for it to be cured with a good measure of endurance, foreplay and lubrication. While unluckily in some cases the constriction of the v*ginal muscle can be very bad that penetration is so tough even from a tampon or a finger.

The condition is called V*ginismus. It can be an aftermath of r*pe or abuse.

If this happens to you, get help right away. "I recommend seeing a gynecologist to get a diagnosis and a recommendation for a pelvic-floor physical therapist," says s*x therapist Holly Richmond, PhD.

She explains that the pelvic-floor physical therapist will put you through a series of gentle exercises. "The therapist will also prescribe a series of dilators to insert, gradually increasing in size."

3. Gone Orgasm

Orgasms are so terrific but if you’ve stopped having orgasms for a long period of time, your body is wired in such a way that it stops asking for it. Some people might be happy with us because it helps their abstinence lifestyle, it will make you lose all the benefits that s*x gives.

To get your groove back, Richmond advises a regular masturbation practice. See, masturbations isn’t as bad as people claim them to be. "Orgasms are just good," she says. "By yourself or with a partner—your body will thank you for all the endorphins."

"People who are comfortable masturbating tend to be more thoughtful and giving lovers," Richmond says.

4. V*ginal atrophy

This would happen to folks who see s*x as less important after they’re out of their childbearing years, but that’s not the case, people.

The production of estrogen drops quickly during menopause. The v*gina and vulva have more estrogen receptors than any other part of the body, says Barn DePree, MD.

In post menopausal women, it's "use it or lose it," since an inactive s*x life can spur v*ginal atrophy. That means the walls of the v*gina dry out and become thin, so they're more apt to tear.

Like the other professionals consulted, DePree recommends that women who don't have a partner practice self-love on the regular. And if there is a partner in the picture, get busy. How much s*x is enough? "I have a 75-year-old patient who has sex two or three times a week," says DePree.

The Number 1 Reason Why Women Cheat – A Must Read For All Nigerian Men

If you are a man and you have a wife or you are in a serious relationship, then I want you to invest the next 5-10 minutes of your time to read this article right now.

And here’s why…

According to a study conducted by condom manufacturer Durex in which 29,000 people in 36 countries were interviewed, Nigerian Women were considered to be the most unfaithful in the world!

As a Nigerian man, you might dismiss this survey study as untrue because we are a religious country with lots of morals.

However, Durex may not be far from the truth actually.

In a recent interview with The Nation Newspaper, A a Lagos based DNA expert, Mr Ayodele Adeniyi gave a shocking statistics that…

“3 Out Of 10 Nigerian Men Are Not Biological Fathers Of Their Children”

It means that, a lot of Nigerian women are now having extra marital affairs and cheating on their partners and spouses.

Not only that, women are better at hiding their infidelity and they are more likely to lie about it and less likely to get caught.

This should concern you, especially if you are married or in a strong relationship with your spouse right now.

What this means is that…

It is possible for your woman to engage in infidelity and cheat on you if care is not taken due to some reasons.

So, What Could Make Your Woman Cheat On You Under Your Nose Without You Finding Out?

There are various reasons why a woman will cheat on her man such as…

Being in a distant relationship with their partner
Lack of Money to make the relationship better
Lack Of Excitement or emotional connection
Revenge on the mans infidelity
Boredom and peer pressure etc

But there is one other major #1 reason why women cheat…

And even though it’s very obvious, most Nigerian Men don’t know it.

And strange enough, many women are very secretive and won’t tell you the REAL truth, because they don’t want to hurt you.

So What Exactly Is The #1 Reason Why Women Cheat?

The #1 unquestionable reason why so many women cheat on their partner is….

They Are Not Well Satisfied In Bed!

To give you an understand of what I mean, I want you to read these comment left by a woman on Linda Ikeji’s Gossip Blog Recently:

And here’s another one by a woman who is not getting satisfaction from her husband at home…

If you are a man, and you are unable to give your woman a deeply intense and soul piercing reaction in bed, like the picture below…
Then your woman will Be unsatisfied, and she will long for pleasure because she is not getting it from you.

If you do not satisfy your woman in bed because of a poor sex life, you might force her to cheating and someone else will do the work for you without your knowledge.

if you are unable to satisfy your woman, here’s the major causes of why you are unable to…

Number 1: Very Weak Or Soft Erection

If your erection suddenly get weak after few thrust, and you are unable to get erection strong enough to penetrate deep inside her.

Number 2: Low Energy And Low Stamina

That is when you find yourself getting extremely tired like a very old man halfway into love making with your woman and you are unable to continue.

Number 3: Decrease In Libido Or Sexual Desire

That is when your sex drive is VERY low and your urge to have sex with your woman is ZERO despite how attractive she is.

Number 4: You are a 1-Minute Man And Can’t Go More Than 1 Round

That is when you ejaculate too quickly within 1-5 minutes and you are unable to “wake up” your manhood to continue love making.

Number 5: Lack The Knowledge Of How To Satisfy A Woman In Bed

That is when you don’t even know how to “finger her brain” or have the skills to make her enjoy her time with you in bed.

Number 6: Have A Small Penis That Can’t Do The Job

That is when your penis is very small and makes women run away from you and even the one that stays can’t “feel” you inside her at all.

If you are a man and you are reading this article right now…

And you suffer from 1 or more of these problems I listed above, then today is the day you should do something about it.

I am going to walk you through how to fix them just like I did when I had these same problem myself.

The 4 Powerful Things You Have To Do If You Want To be Able To Give Your Woman BODY MELTING SEX That Will Get Her To Love You And Have Deep Respect For You

Number 1: You must Overcome PREMATURE EJACULATION

You need to know how to stay longer inside her when you are making love. If you do not do this, you will leave her very unsatisfied.

Luckily, I found a safe, natural supplement solution to this and I use this personally myself and it has helped me go from being a 1-minute man to lasting 40 minutes in bed with my madam.

If you want this natural supplement for yourself to cure premature ejaculation, tell me where to send you the details by clicking here

Number 2: You Need to Increase Your Energy And Stamina

Most men undergo a lot of stress as a result of their jobs, family issues and life generally.

There are exercises and specific foods you need to eat that will increase your energy and boost your stamina.

Number 3: You need To Boost Your Manhood

You need to know exactly what to do to boost the fullness of your manhood inside her and make her feel you deep inside.

And you can boost your manhood by getting this natural therapy

Number 4: You Need To Know Her Pleasure Zones

A woman has about 20 of these pleasure zones on her body and you need to know where they are and exactly how to touch touch and STIMULATE it to take her to pleasure heaven.

If you are a man, and you struggle from premature ejaculation, weak erection, poor sex life and you get a bad response from your spouse during love making Contact Us today by email Solutionboiz@gmail.com

I hope you’ve learnt something in today’s article.

I will get married at the right time –# Benita Okogie

Former child singer, Benita Okogie, is all grown up and getting set to walk down the aisle. The English Language graduate of Redeemers University speaks to NNEKA NWANERI about her career and sundry issues.

It’s been three years since you graduated any marriage prospects?

When it is the right time, I will marry my own because marriage is something you shouldn’t rush into. It is a life time thing. You need the leading of the Holy Spirit and if you rush into it, you will rush out. So, I am taking my time to listen to the voice of God, so that I will get married at the right time to the right person.

When will that be?

It could be this year or next year.

Who is your ideal man?

What kind of man does not count at this point now because I am already in a relationship? Of course he would have possessed the qualities I wanted for me to have chosen him and be a relationship with him. Above all, it is God who chooses people for us, and more importantly, I want a man that loves God and believes in my ministry.

Should fans expect you back on the scene?

The music industry has changed a lot from when I started. It has evolved and there are a lot of not so pleasant things happening there. So I am not in a hurry to come back. I’m working on some albums and by God’s grace, before the end of the year, I will release something. There have been challenges but I’m thankful because there are people who believe in what I do, despite the fact that I started young. I have not rested on my oars.

What is your take about the Nigerian music industry?

Funding is a major factor for the industry. But sectors rather sponsor secular artistes whose messages are nothing to write home about. They should support those whose music are positive and promote good morals and a lot to offer.

What do you do apart from ministering with songs?

I talk to young people, encouraging them to follow their passion because I started as a young person. I’m a motivational speaker and I have other pet projects that help children find their talents.

What was it like in the university?

My first year was a bit rough because I had a lot of young people like myself who because I was in the limelight had misconceived ideas about me. In the second year, I gained more friends and mixed with people more and because I was leaving my parents for the first time, I changed my perspective of life.

What do you miss about your childhood?

I miss the innocence of my being a child who can get away with a lot of mischief. It also reminds me that now that I am older, a lot more is expected of me to impact the society.

All set for Lagos-Oyotunji Cultural Heritage Fiesta

Anti-child trafficking activist, Rotimi Vaughan, has said plans are in top gear to hold a historic cultural heritage programme, termed: “Lagos-Oyotunji Cultural Heritage Fiesta” to hold shortly at the Oyotunji African Village in Sheldon, South Carolina, USA.

Vaughan, a lawyer and social entrepreneur, said that the festival is riding on the fact that modern slavery is an “evil reminder of the terribly dehumanizing past of the African continent.”

The documentary producer said that efforts are being made by his group- JCV Project Breakfree, to battle the evil practice.

Being a direct descendant of South Carolinian Scipio Vaughan, a former slave who became a prominent and respected family man in Camden, South Carolina, United States of America until his death in 1840, Vaughan is keen to draw attention to striking data available in the area of child trafficking in Nigeria and other parts of West Africa.

“I have always looked forward to the day I would ably be in a position to transform my intriguing family historical account of slavery, freedom, dignity and the elevation of the black race, into a platform for promoting impactful socio-cultural relations and understanding between Africa and Americas,” he said.

Through a project known as the Atlantic Bond Initiative, the lawyer is set to establish Strategic Promotions, Exchanges, Relations and Ties between Lagos State (City of Badagry) Nigeria, and the State of South Carolina (City of Camden) and Oyotunji African Village, Sheldon, USA.

He stated further that, “African Americans in the US, looking to re-connect to their roots, would have a huge spring board under the Atlantic Bond Initiative, from which to dive deep into their past, thereby affecting positive changes in the present State and the future.”

Vaughan also stated that a documentary he produced on modern slavery, child trafficking and forced child labour, telling the untold tearful and sad story of two trafficked girls who were reunited with their families in Ikwo community in Ebonyin State in South East Nigeria by Vaughan and his anti-modern slavery team, after three years of slavery, inhumanity and abuse, after being trafficked to Lagos from Ebonyin State, will soon premiere; titled They Just Want To Go Back Home.

Onome Uriemu shares how she got pregnant at 11 (photos)

This is a very touching story yet educative.
Uriemu Onome got pregnant while in primary school at the age of 11. She was rejected by her parents for the shame she has brought the family.

She moved in with her grandma who was not working in the village. She realized her mistake and took the bull by the horn. How did she survived the shame and what happened to the son.

Onome shared her amazing story on Facebook. Read below: “My story goes thus, sometime 20 years ago, I was naïve and influenced by peer pressure.

My dad was and is still a strict disciplinarian; mum on the other hand was a bit soft on us and let us has our way. She practically covered for and took sides with me especially (being her only daughter amongst 3 sons).

I got out of hand and starting moving with the wrong set of friends, got pregnant at age 11 (primary 5) and then my whole world crumbled. The harsh reality of life began to unfold as I had to drop out of school, I couldn’t sit for my First School Leaving Certificate Examination (FSLC).” Narrating what she went through during the agonizing moment Onome went further:

“People in my neighbourhood made mockery of me, my dad couldn’t bare it, so he sent me out of the house and I had to go to the village to live with my grandma. In order to survive and fend for myself (as grandma isn’t working) I had to summon courage and face my own devil. I knew I was the cause of my predicaments and didn’t put the blame on my mum or anyone. I started street hawking selling all sorts ranging from tapioca (kpokpo garri), roasted pork meat, roasted maggots, Madiga bread, sachet water etc.”

Like the prodigal son I the bible, Onome knew she put herself in her situation and tried to make it up: “Few months later I had my baby, saved some cash (through hawking) which I used to re-enroll for my FSLC, I passed with a “merit”. Still in the street hawking business, I saw myself through secondary school; I was determined to show my folks that I truly regretted my actions and is now a serious child.

Enrolled for WAEC cleared all my papers likewise my JAMB and then gained admission into the university.” When my dad saw how focused I had become, they took my child and I back, sent me off to the university and took care of my baby….. With determination she made it in life: To cut the long story short, I’m now a M.Ed holder from the University of Lagos state Akoka, a successful teacher and happily married by His grace.

My son is currently a 200 Level Law student. Strangers think he’s my younger brother because the age gap between us is so close, and he’s growing taller by the day.

My son is my life, he’s the reason I am where I am today as his presence into this world made me a responsible individual. He’s my victory story; he knows what I went through and is determined to make me a proud mum

#TeamUnion #Unstoppable”

Onome is happily married now.

7 health problems of being overweight and natural way out

The WHO defines overweight and obesity as abnormal or excessive fat that may impair health. It is important to note that overweight and obesity are two (2) different classes or categories of excessive fat accumulation.

A measure known as the body mass index (BMI) is most commonly used for this classification. The BMI is calculated using an individual’s height in metres (m) and weight in kilograms (kg) with the formula, weight/height x height.

BMI between 18.5 and 24.9 is considered normal weight
• BMI between 25.0 and 29.9 is considered overweight
• BMI of 30.0 and above is considered obese

N.B – it is very important to note that the BMI is not a measure of the degree of fatness of an individual.
Being overweight predisposes an individual to non-communicable diseases such as:
• Heart diseases
• Cerebrovascular accident (stroke)
• Diabetes (High Blood Sugar)

High Blood Pressure (Hypertension)
• Osteoarthritis
Fertility problems for women and erectile dysfunction for men
• Some forms of cancer(endometrial, breast and colon).

www.naturalhealthtreat.com.ng/fat.html
While the disadvantages of an increased BMI (overweight and obese) cannot be over flogged, BMI below normal weight range (underweight) is also not healthy and can predispose an individual to:
• Weak immune system
• Anemia
• Fragile bones
• Fatigue (tiredness)
• Fertility problems for women

overweght-3

A healthy lifestyle including a balanced diet, physical activity especially the right amount of exercise, and regular calculation or check of BMI is required to save an individual from being overweight and underweight.

Demolished shrine: Ogun Pastor recounts experience

A Pastor, Prince Adewale Fagbire, who was alleged to have been struck dumb and motionless when he invaded his community shrine at Ketu – Ayetoro in Yewa North Local Government Area of Ogun state while pulling it down, has told The Nation that though the town’s traditionalists assaulted him with “charms and other fetish objects,” but was not “harmed” at all.
Fagbire, who is a Pastor at the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) in Ayetoro area, said he actually entered the shrine, evacuated all the fetish items that were kept there and also took a position beside the entrance to it in quietness as instructed by God.
Prince Fagbire, son of the past Alaye of Ayetoro, Oba Taiwo Fagbire, who joined his ancestors in 1981 after his 20year reign in the agrarian community, said his late father and monarch, used to take him to the said shrine occasionally when he was alive.
Narrating his experience to The Nation and a handful of reporters, at the Office of the Chairman, Ogun State chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Bishop Tunde Akin – Akinsanya, Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital, Fagbire said he elected to “remain calm and mute” during the assault and interrogation at the shrine by the traditionalists and some villagers.
Speaking in the presence of over a dozen of Christian leaders from CAN and Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) in Ogun State, said God instructed him to stay calm and not utter a word at the shrine.
The father of two noted that his not talking or not uttering a word on the site of the shrine had nothing to with his being beaten with “charms and fetish objects” by the traditionalists as what they did had no physical or spiritual effects on him.
According to him, it was also not true as reported in some section of the media that the priests and custodians of the shrine upon the intervention of the Alaye of Ayetoro, Oba Abdulaziz Adelakun, treated or healed him before he could regain his consciousness.
“I was conscious, physically and mentally sound, during and after the incident because God was already with me. I followed the instruction of the LORD to enter the shrine and packed all the items there away. I followed God’s instruction to be quiet aa instructed by God.
“God told me to go there (the shrine), create a scene, step aside and watch the film (the unfolding events). They struck me with charms and nothing happened to me. They know the truth, nobody treated me and I spoke when I got to the Palace of the Oba,” he said.
Our Correspondence gathered that although the traditionalists demanded N300,000 from a church in the community where Fagbire had once preached and also N200,000 from the pastor’s family to perform sacrifices to appease the gods for his alleged sacrilege but nothing was given to them eventually.
The church in the community incurred the wrath of the traditionalists and was attacked following the allegation that it instigated Prince Fagbire to carry out the alleged sacrilege on the shrine.

Hide this info from your Facebook account and here is why

Social media has revolutionized our lives and the way we communicate and share information. However, such a big boom in opportunities puts some of us off guard. Ladies and gentlemen, there are things you should never share on Facebook and here is why.

5 things to hide and never share on your Facebook profile: Mind you we are not going to talk about some extreme cases of openness.

However, people often disclose this information only to regret it later.

1. Your relationship status

It’s none of their business whether you are married or single, dating someone or open for a relationship. This info should be viewed as private. Why? Well, there are many busybodies who can dig it out and start talking. Young ladies who set “open for relationship” status on Facebook and go to churches get talked down both by men and women.
Plus, you risk attracting wrong people and evoking their interest. So, keep this secret and if someone wants to know it, first find out who and why is asking!

2. Your phone number

Recently Facebook has made a decision to link your cell number to your account. So, when someone types in your cell, they can find your profile on Facebook and fish out much information from. Many retailers and companies do this to send you ads or promote you their products. You can disable this function and keep the information private. And avoid sharing the phone number in your Settings of the FB page.

3. Your age

Why keep it hidden? Well, mostly this info is used by advertisers and promoters. You can make it available to your friends only and keep it like that. It’s the smartest decision.

4. Home address

There are many maniacs and all kinds of people online. If they know where you live, they can show up at your doorstep! You surely do not want that to happen. Some guys start stalking girls online, if they know your address, they can start doing it offline too.

5. Your photos with no clothes on

That one seems to be obvious and yet… Many girls set photos in bra or lingerie as their profile pictures. Just think who you attract by those. It’s dangerous and such things should be kept private. As you see, these five things should better stay hidden from the public. You need to set up your account in such a way as to hide it.

Referring to the fight that ensued between him and Don Jazzy at the 2015 Headies award, Olamide said if he needs 1m awards he will pay somebody to do them for him and if he cannot afford them he will go and steal from D’banj or Psquare, he jokingly said.

Dress code tips for short people

Being short is not a disadvantage and should not make you miss out on being fashionable. A pair of stilettos isn’t going to make up for confidence in your own sense of style.

Here are ways to feel great and dress effectively when you’re of a shorter stature.

V-necks tops: Wear tops that pull the eye down vertically
High-waists: The higher the waist, the better. High-waists make your legs look longermaking you appear taller.
Wear skinny trousers that follow your thighs closely which make your legs look skinny. Avoid over-sized clothes which make you look shorter and bulky
Vertical patterns will always elongate: Try wearing vertical stripes; they make you look thinner and taller!
Make your Torso appear smaller: it helps in making you appear taller, try wearing crop-tops.
Make sure that your tops stop at the hipline or above. Longer tops will make your legs appear even shorter.
Be monochromatic: You would look perfect in simple shift dresses, with little color accents here and there. Wearing too much color can really make you look frumpier than you really are. So, an ideal choice would be to wear your outfit all in one color. Opt for darker colored clothing; it makes you look slimmer and hence taller!
Accessorize appropriately: Don’t wear heavy or bold jewelry. Choose a handbag that suits your personality; not the oversized ones.
Style your hair: Don’t cut your hair too short as it makes you appear fatter and hence, shorter. Get hair extensions if your hair is too short. You can try coloring your hair; wholly or just get a few streaks. Get your hair straightened. Whatever the style is; don’t get your hair cut too short. However also very long, straight hair might drag you down and hence make your body appear shorter and face longer. The perfect length for your body type is about shoulder length or a bit longer.
Do your nails right: Longer nails make your hands appear longer. Try shaping your nails, and get some nail art done!
Pick your shoes carefully: Short girls who are conscious about the way they look tend to wear heels though they’re not really comfortable in them. Don’t try something just because it makes you look great, you need to feel great too. Platforms or flat-forms; only if you feel great, not only because you look great.
