A video making the rounds on social media has shown a man attempting to pickpocket but ended up doing an entirely different thing.

 

 

This video has gotten people laughing really hard on social media.

 

The video which has since gone viral online shows a man trying to steal another man's money.

 

He had actually succeeded in taking the money when he looked up and saw that he was being watched by a CCTV camera.

 

The man, obviously shocked, immediately became remorseful and did something else that got people laughing.

 

He dropped the money on the floor and tapped his victim to notify him of the money on the ground, like an honest god-fearing man.

 

He then placed his hands together in a sign of plea while looking up at the camera.
