The plan is split into two, 1.5gb works in the day while 3gb works in the night. That means in day time from 6am to about 10pm when you 1.5gb of the total 4.5 is being used. While in the night 10pm to 6am the 3gb part is being used. That means you exhaust your 1.5gb and still be able to continue browsing only at night with the 3gb plan left. The plan is very ok if you leave in area with good mtn network available.
